QuantOm Collaboration Meeting

Meeting Location, Remote Access, and Catering

  • Our Collab Meeting will be held in the TCS Conference Center [https://tcs.anl.gov] which is very close to the main entrance.
  • The Zoom link for this meeting is the same as our standing Wed collab meeting.
  • On both days coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.

Site Access

Please note, in-person participants require Argonne site access, which means you must have either:

  • A valid Argonne employee or APS user badge.
  • A pre-approved gate pass for site access.

Lacking one of these, it is essential for all in-person participants to complete ANL Site Registration. Please indicate "QuantOm Collaboration Meeting 2025"  as the purpose of your visit. To ensure Lab access, please complete this form as soon as possible. [The last day for non-U.S. citizens, in-person or remote, to register is 6 October 2025, after that, we cannot guarantee site access.]

Non-US citizens: Please do not begin site access registration until you have your immigration and naturalization documents available that establishes both your identity and legal immigration status (e.g., passport, visa, EAD card, I-20, DS-2019, I-797, or any other supplemental status documentation required to confirm your identity and legal immigration status). The Department of Energy also requires current and complete CVs/resumes in PDF format to accompany the registration form.

On-site accommodation is available at the Argonne Guest House [web]. Nearby off-site accommodation options include:

A car would be required to stay at these hotels.

Airport Transfers

If you are not renting a car a good way to travel between the airport and Argonne is using a limo service [A-1 Limo 630-833-3788 (800-354-5849)]. The cost is fixed at $85+tax+tip. If you would like this option please contact Paula Dahlberg.
