2025 Fall CTEQ Gathering @ Argonne National Laboratory — October 21–22, 2025
The Fall 2025 CTEQ Gathering will take place at Argonne National Laboratory in the Theory and Computing Sciences (TCS) Building (Building 240).
The gathering will feature one and a half days of open scientific sessions, including an internal CTEQ business meeting on Tuesday afternoon. We invite CTEQ collaborators and friends to join us for in-depth discussions at the intersection of computation, experiment, and theory in Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD).
Topics will include:
-
Advances in global QCD analyses across collider and fixed-target frontiers (LHC, EIC, JLab, neutrino experiments, and beyond);
-
Novel computational and AI-assisted methods for parton distribution functions (PDFs), lattice-QCD synergy, and effective field theory applications;
-
Emerging opportunities linking precision QCD with new physics searches and hadronic structure;
-
Cross-disciplinary tools and frameworks accelerating QCD and high-energy theory research.
Students and postdocs are especially encouraged to contribute and present their work.
There is no registration fee for the meeting. Light refreshments will be provided during coffee breaks, and a dinner will be organized on Tuesday evening for those interested.
Please register via the link in the left menu bar so we can plan accordingly. We look forward to welcoming you to Argonne for lively discussions on the future of QCD and its computational frontiers!
