Site Access
Please note, in-person participants require Argonne site access, which means you must have either:
- A valid Argonne employee or APS user badge.
- A pre-approved gate pass for site access arranged through this meeting registration.
Lacking one of these, it is essential for all in-person and remote participants to complete ANL Site Registration. Please indicate "QuantOm Collaboration Meeting 2023" as the purpose of your visit. To ensure Laboratory access, please complete this form as soon as possible. [The last day for non-U.S. citizens, in-person or remote, to register is 6 July 2023, after that, we cannot guarantee site access.]
Non-US citizens: Please do not begin registration until you have your immigration and naturalization documents available that establishes both your identity and legal immigration status (e.g., passport, visa, EAD card, I-20, DS-2019, I-797, or any other supplemental status documentation required to confirm your identity and legal immigration status). The Department of Energy also requires current and complete CVs/resumes in PDF format to accompany the registration form.
More information regarding site access can be found here and if you have questions please contact Paula Dahlberg.
