Student and Postdoc Support

We will provide up to USD200 in support for any postdoc or student who gives a presentation at the MWTGT. This support can be used for any combination of up to two nights of accommodation and 1.5 days of per-diem (about USD60 per-day) up to a maximum of USD200.

Guest House Booking and Reimbursement

Initially you will be required to pay for lodging yourself. Rest assured, we will support up to three nights of of lodging costs. Participants are strongly encouraged to share accommodation expenses (e.g., by staying in double rooms) so that the limited support can stretch further. 

Please ensure that you keep your hotel invoice and email to Paula Dahlberg ([email protected]), as it will be necessary for the reimbursement process.
