Recommended approach

  • Prior to the workshop - for sub-group chairs (before Jun/29)
    • An Overleaf (LaTeX) link will be shared with each chair
    • Chairs consult with experts in their sub-group and gather content for their chapter (any format is fine at this stage)
    • Chairs enter prioritized content into Overleaf to produce the initial draft before the workshop begins.
  • During the workshop
    • Each sub-group session will be used to review the corresponding draft and propose changes
    • Participants are encouraged to have an open, data-backed, respectful discussion
    • Not every proposal will make it into the final document; we expect to iterate a few times to establish the facility's priorities
    • Day 2 includes a parallel working session where all chairs edit their chapters live in Overleaf.
  • After the workshop - for sub-group chairs
    • Chairs incorporate the discussion outcomes into their chapter
    • A consolidated draft will be prepared for the LECM-2026 presentation.
