On-site Access

In preparation for your attendance of LaMET2022 at DePaul University DePaul Center organized by Argonne National Laboratory, all non-US citizens, including green card holders, must have on-site access to Argonne in order to join the workshop in person or online.


For non-US citizens without a current/valid badge: You MUST complete the ANL Site Registration.

Please indicate "LaMET 2022" as the purpose of your visit. To ensure your access to the Laboratory, complete this form as soon as possible (The last day for non-U.S. citizens, in-person or remote, to register will be November 4th, 2022 - after that, we cannot guarantee approval of the necessary paperwork*)

 

*Non-US citizens: Do not begin registration until you have your immigration and naturalization documents available that establishes both your identity and legal immigration status (e.g., passport, visa, EAD card, I-20, DS-2019, I-797, or any other supplemental status documentation required to confirm your identity and legal immigration status). The Department of Energy also requires current and complete CVs/resumes in PDF format to accompany the registration form.
