Student Support

We will provide the students with lodging support of up to three nights of accomodation.
  

Guest House Booking and Reimbursement

Initially you will be required to pay for lodging yourself. Rest assured, we will support up to three nights of of lodging costs. The student participants are strongly encouraged to share accommodation expenses (e.g., by staying in double rooms) so that the limited support can stretch further. If you have already paired with a roommate or any request, please feel free to inform Yong Zhao ([email protected]).

Please ensure that you keep your hotel invoice and email to Paula Dahlberg ([email protected]), as it will be necessary for the reimbursement process.
