Financial support is available for students and postdoctoral researchers who present at MWTGT 2026.
Eligible presenters may receive reimbursement of up to USD 250 total to help cover:
- Lodging for up to two nights, and/or
- Per diem for up to 1.5 days (approximately USD 74 per day)
The maximum total reimbursement for lodging and per diem combined is USD 250.

Reimbursement Process
AFTER the MWTGT 2027, please send your lodging receipt to Paula Dahlberg for reimbursement processing.
Reimbursement will be issued by check and mailed to the home address provided in your request.
